This week, the department issued 975 invitations to apply (ITAs) in a category-specific draw for transportation occupations. Candidates needed to achieve a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 430.
On March 12, IRCC also issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in a general draw, inviting 2,850 candidates. A general draw encompasses candidates from all three Express Entry-managed programs, with the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) serving as the primary eligibility criterion. Applicants needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 525, reflecting a reduction of nine CRS points compared to the preceding general draw on February 28, marking the lowest minimum CRS for a general draw this year.
